Step 2: Thorough Pipe Cleaning

Step 3: Liner Preparation

We measure the pipe and cut a felt tube liner to the precise length required. The liner is saturated with a two part structural epoxy resin that will cure into a hard, durable pipe material. The saturated liner is inspected before insertion.

Step 4: Liner Installation

We pull or push the saturated liner into the pipe through a cleanout or small access point. No large excavation is required. The liner is inverted as it enters the pipe so the resin coated side faces outward against the pipe walls when the liner is in final position.

Step 5: Inflation and Curing

An inflation bladder is inserted inside the liner and inflated with air or water pressure to press the liner firmly against the interior of the existing pipe. The liner is then cured using heat or UV light depending on the resin system used. Curing typically takes one to three hours. Once cured, the liner is rigid and structurally independent, meaning it can stand alone even if the original pipe were removed entirely.

Step 6: Final Camera Inspection

After curing is complete and the inflation bladder is removed, we run the camera through the finished liner to verify proper installation, confirm there are no wrinkles or voids, and check that all service connections have been properly reinstated.
